GM6 is an online marketplace connecting Businesses needing security services with Guards offering them.GM6 is NOT a party to the transaction between Business and Guard, and is NOT the employer of Guards.Users must provide accurate information and keep account credentials confidential.Businesses must complete verification; Guards must provide valid licenses and insurance.Disputes are resolved via binding arbitration (AAA rules); class actions are waived.Governed by Delaware law (or other designated state).

We collect account info (name, email, phone), license/insurance data, and device/location data used to confirm shift presence.We DO NOT collect, store, or transmit biometric data. Face ID / Touch ID verification happens locally on your device — GM6 only receives a true/false result.Payment info is processed through Stripe; GM6 does not store card data.We do not sell your data. Data is deleted within 30 days of account deletion; geolocation is deleted 90 days after a completed shift.You have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data at any time.The platform is not intended for individuals under 18.

Businesses must provide accurate company information and complete Stripe Connect verification.Businesses create shifts specifying date, time, location, rate, and guard requirements.Businesses may review and reject any guard applicant without explanation.Cancellation fees apply based on notice given: none at 24+ hrs, 50% at 2–24 hrs, 100% under 2 hrs.Businesses are responsible for site safety and compliance with local law, and agree to indemnify GM6 against claims arising from their operations.
