Click below to view full Terms of Service.GM6 is an online marketplace connecting Businesses needing security services with Guards offering them.GM6 is NOT a party to the transaction between Business and Guard, and is NOT the employer of Guards.Users must provide accurate information and keep account credentials confidential.Businesses must complete verification; Guards must provide valid licenses and insurance.Disputes are resolved via binding arbitration (AAA rules); class actions are waived.Governed by Delaware law (or other designated state).

We collect account info (name, email, phone), license/insurance data, and device/location data used to confirm shift presence.We DO NOT collect, store, or transmit biometric data. Face ID / Touch ID verification happens locally on your device — GM6 only receives a true/false result.Payment info is processed through Stripe; GM6 does not store card data.We do not sell your data. Data is deleted within 30 days of account deletion; geolocation is deleted 90 days after a completed shift.You have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data at any time.The platform is not intended for individuals under 18.Account deletion request processing starts immediately on acceptance. We will block login and delete or anonymize personal information associated with the account — including name, email address, phone number, photos, licenses and credential documents, chat content, device tokens, and similar identifiers — within 14 days of acceptance. The 14-day period is the deadline to finish this work, not a waiting period before we start.Financial records we keep after deletion
After we delete or anonymize your personal information, we retain limited financial records required for tax, accounting, and payment processing. These records include payment and payout amounts, transaction identifiers (including Stripe ledger identifiers), and dates. They do not include your name or email address.We keep these records for seven (7) years from the relevant transaction, then permanently delete them.How long we keep information
While your account is active, we keep the information described in this policy as needed to operate GetMy6, including to run jobs, process payments, handle incidents and disputes, and meet legal obligations.If you delete your account:we delete or anonymize personal information within 14 days of an accepted request; andwe keep the limited financial records described above for seven (7) years, then delete them.We may also keep information if required by law, or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. If an active shift, unpaid payment or payout, or open dispute is outstanding, we cannot complete deletion until that is resolved.

Businesses must provide accurate company information and complete Stripe Connect verification.Businesses create shifts specifying date, time, location, rate, and guard requirements.Businesses may review and reject any guard applicant without explanation.Cancellation fees apply based on notice given: none at 24+ hrs, 50% at 2–24 hrs, 100% under 2 hrs.Businesses are responsible for site safety and compliance with local law, and agree to indemnify GM6 against claims arising from their operations.
