How to request deletion

You can request deletion in either of the following ways:

 

• in the GetMy6 application, from Account settings; or

• by emailing us at support@gm6.com.

 

Please use the email address associated with your account when you contact us, so we can verify the request.

 

We cannot accept or complete a deletion request while any of the following apply:

 

• you have an active shift;

• there is an unpaid payout or outstanding payment; or

• there is an open dispute.

 

You may submit the request again after those matters are resolved.

 

Once a request is submitted and accepted, it cannot be withdrawn and the account cannot be restored.
